Meetings

Basic Meeting Information

Meetings are held the second Tuesday (subject to change) of every month at alternating locations. All meetings will begin at 5p.  All meetings are open to everyone. 

• Presentation meetings may be round-table type discussions with a specific theme, open-forum type discussion, or presentation of specific interest.  Meetings are at 5pm at the San Pedro Playhouse.   Everyone is invited to attend, no admission.  Current topics will be listed in the Playbill.

• Board meetings are held at the Harlequin Dinner Theatre at 5:00 p.m.  These meetings are also open for anyone to attend, but only Board members may vote on issues.

(Instructions for reaching Harlequin:  From Loop 410 go south on Harry Wurzbach all the way to the end, and the Fort Sam Houston gate will be dead ahead.  Everyone in the car show photo I.D. to the guard and they issue the windshield pass for the day.  Then turn left on Stanley Road, go 3 tenths of a mile to Harney Road and turn left.  Harlequin Dinner Theatre is two blocks on the right and the address is Building 2652.  There are two other gates that allow visitors, but it is recommend that you call for directions.  222-9694)
