Friday night: Local Playwrights drew props, phrases and an outline of a cast (they didn't know actors' names) and a San Antonio related line of dialogue to incorporate into short scripts they will write overnight.

Saturday morning: Local Actors and Directors met at 8am and spent the next 12 hours memorizing, rehearsing and staging those scripts.

Saturday night: The Show went on at 8pm!
